As the Project Leader at Uniqlo's Global HQ, I managed a global campaign to highlight the quality of the brand's essential products. The key objective was to create a sustainable business foundation that reduced reliance on seasonal designer collaborations. Leading a team of five marketers, a copywriter, and an art director, I oversaw the development of over 150 graphic and video assets for the 22FW collection. My responsibilities spanned the entire project lifecycle, from identifying the core business issue and researching product strengths with R&D to aligning with merchandisers on strategy and briefing the production team. I then ensured the successful deployment of all assets across global touchpoints—including e-commerce, retail stores, and digital ads—by collaborating with various cross-functional teams.
